Himax Tyre Shine
- Glossy or Matte Finish: Tyre polishes offer a choice between glossy or matte finishes, depending on the desired look. Glossy finishes provide a wet, shiny appearance, while matte finishes offer a more subtle, non-shiny look.
- Water Repellent: Many tyre polishes create a water-resistant coating on the tyres, helping to repel rain and dirt, keeping the tyres cleaner for longer.
- UV Protection: Some tyre polishes include UV blockers to protect the rubber from sun damage, such as cracking, fading, or hardening, which can occur over time.
- Conditioning Ingredients: High-quality tyre polishes contain conditioners that nourish the rubber, helping to maintain flexibility and prevent cracking or drying.
- Easy Application: Tyre polishes are often available in spray, gel, or foam form, making them simple to apply with minimal effort.
- Durability: A good tyre polish can last for several days, providing long-lasting shine and protection without the need for frequent reapplication.
- Non-Greasy Formula: Most tyre polishes are designed to leave a non-greasy, dry finish, preventing excess dirt and dust from sticking to the surface after application.

Description
1. Preparation:
Clean the Tyres: Before applying the polish, make sure your tyres are clean. Use a hose to rinse off dirt, dust, or grime from the tyre surface. You can use a brush and some soapy water to scrub the tyres if necessary.
Dry the Tyres: After cleaning, dry the tyres with a cloth or let them air dry. It’s important that the tyres are completely dry before applying the polish.
2. Shake the Bottle:
Shake the Tyre Polish Spray: Shake the bottle well to ensure the product is evenly mixed.
3. Apply the Tyre Polish & Shining Spray:
Hold the Spray Can or Bottle: Hold the spray can 6–8 inches away from the tyre.
Spray Evenly: Spray the tyre polish evenly onto the sidewalls of the tyre. Focus on one tyre at a time. Ensure a light and even coating on the tyre’s surface.
Avoid Over-Spraying: A thin layer is typically sufficient. Avoid spraying excess product to prevent drips or an overly glossy finish.
4. Buff the Surface (Optional):
Use a Clean Cloth: After spraying, use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to gently buff the tyre. This step helps distribute the product evenly and ensures a smooth, glossy finish.
Even Out the Shine: Wipe the sidewalls with the cloth to remove any excess product and ensure a uniform shine. This also helps avoid a greasy or sticky finish.
5. Allow to Dry:
Let the tyre polish set and dry for a few minutes. This allows the product to bond with the tyre surface and creates a long-lasting shine.
